Rules
Eligibility follows the product type shown before payment, plus mandatory consumer law. Consultations and live sessions follow the notice window shown before you pay. If TAHANI PLUS cancels, you may reschedule or receive a refund. Prerecorded courses and digital PDFs are refundable only where the law requires it, or if access was never delivered. Unused prepaid tutoring lessons follow the package terms shown at purchase. Used lessons are not refunded. A certificate already issued is not a reason to refuse a legally required refund, but access and certificate status follow the refund. Confirmed refunds are emailed only after the processor confirms them. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot be waived.
